Read, Write

I read to escape
I write to be free

When reading
I am taken to different worlds  

When writing
I reveal the problems of mine own

Reading takes me away
Writing keeps me from going astray

If you’re right, write
Even if you’re wrong, write
If you’re free, write
Even if you’re busy, find time to write

Write cos it’s your right
Write cos you need no rite to write
Write cos you have the ability to write
And that’s enough to begin to write

Write when it’s boring
Write when it’s interesting
Write when it’s indescribable
So in any situation, just write

Write the past
Write the future
Write the real
Write your imagination

What you write will remind you
What you write may inspire you

So I write…

Why I Write

I could never tell you
exactly what’s going on inside my head,
so I’ll write instead.
Drown my thoughts in paper & lead.
Keep my hands alive,
and my expression dead.

I Write #Poetry

I think of things I cannot say,
these thoughts of me haunts me day by day.
So I write.
I write to keep these monsters away.
I write so that the good memories will stay,
and the bad ones won’t cause dismay.

I write so I can sleep.
I write when I weep.
I write to clear my mind.
I write if I’m not fine.
I’ll write about the finest wine.
I write if I have time.

I’ll write these memories of mine.
I’ll write words so sweet for the woman I’ll love.
I’ll write stories about angels from above.
I’ll write tales of demons.
I’ll write about people’s creations.

In my writings are words so deep,
that will make the bravest men weep.
And strong men weak.
So I’ll write all the way.
I’ll write, till the end of my days.
